At Shankha Sutra, we are committed to providing high-quality handcrafted Shakha Pola and other conch shell accessories. Our Service Policy outlines our commitments to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

1. Product Quality & Craftsmanship

  • All our products are handmade by skilled artisans using high-quality conch shells.
  • Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure authenticity and durability.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in design, texture, or color may occur.

2. Custom Orders & Processing Time

  • Customers can place custom design orders by providing their specifications.
  • Custom orders require additional processing time of up to 14 days before shipping.
  • We ensure that every custom order is crafted with precision and care.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India, with plans to expand internationally soon.
  • Orders are delivered within 7 to 28 days, depending on location and product availability.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues) will be communicated to the customer.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Customers can modify or cancel their order before the product is shipped.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong items or damaged products at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must record an unboxing video as proof of damage to claim a replacement.
  • Products broken due to customer mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the product, we offer a one-time replacement.
  • Size-related issues are eligible for replacement, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Customers must ship the product back to our store at their own cost for replacement.
