  1. Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted for wrong items delivered or if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  2. Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers must record an unboxing video to claim a refund for damaged or incorrect products.
  3. Non-Returnable Cases: If a customer breaks the product after delivery, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  4. Size Issues & Customer Dissatisfaction: If a customer is unsatisfied with the product or has size issues, we offer replacements.
  5. Refund Process: If a customer wishes to return a product after delivery, they must ship it back to our store. After receiving the product, we will process the refund to the customer’s account.
